What is the difference between a wedding planner and a day of coordinator?

A wedding planner helps you months even a year prior to your wedding date. The planner will help with every aspect of your wedding details including helping you find, negotiate and get contracts signed for all vendors. 

A day of coordinator is responsible for making sure all of the details are executed and on time the day of your wedding. The coordinator will in most cases run your rehearsal as well. 

**An added bonus about our company is in most cases we do not charge a flat fee for our wedding planner and/or coordinator services. We don't believe in charging you for services that you do not need.

Is there a travel fee for orders/services outside the delivery area?

In most cases, yes. The travel fee helps cover the cost of fuel and time of the delivery driver or the person providing a service for you. The travel fee will depend on the distance and number of times we would need to travel to your location. 

Do you charge per person for charcuterie/grazing tables?

No. We take into consideration how many people will need to be served. We tend to provide more food than needed. We do not charge extra for props and greenery. Everything is included in the price that we quote you including set up/take down/travel fees etc.
